Shipping and Delivery


Billing and Shipping Details:

Fill in the form making sure all your details are correct. All fields marked with an asterisks (*) are mandatory, including telephone number so we can

contact you if anything goes wrong with your order. You only need to enter your shipping details if they are different from your billing details. It is also a

good idea to click “Remember my details for next time” so you don’t have to re-enter you details each time you order. Your information will just be stored

in a ‘cookie’ on your computer, so this will only be remembered if you always order from the same computer. Don’t select this option if you are ordering

from a computer that isn’t your own.

Shipping:

LolCo.com.au shipping orders to Australia and New Zealand. Our aim is to deliver your goods to you promptly. For Standard Shipping, please allow up

to 7 business days for Australia and up to 14 business days for New Zealand orders. Express Shipping is ONLY available for deliveries within Australia,

please allow 3 business days for shipping. Delivery time frame is estimated, once you have received your order confirmation and approval receipt.

LolCo.com.au have the following options for postage:

1) E Parcel facility via Australia Post for all deliveries. A postage and handling fee of $9.95 for Australia and $19.95 for New Zealand will apply to each

delivery received. Make sure someone is able to sign for your goods when they are delivered, if no one is available the goods will be re-directed to your

closest Post Office for collection.

2) Express Post facility via Australia Post only available for Australian Residents only. Postage and handling fee of $14.95 will apply to each delivery.

**Please note any orders received after 2.00pm (AEST) will be processed on the next working day.**

If you have not received your order within the days specified contact us at customercare@lolco.com.au . You will need to include your full name, address,

telephone number and order confirmation number as shown on your confirmation email received from us at the time of purchase.

Tracking Info Request:

You can find out the delivery status and tracking code for an order you have placed by sending us an email at customercare@lolco.com.au including

your full name, address and telephone number and we will email the tracking code to you as quickly as possible.
